ποΈ Product Categories & Speed Availability
Untick a speed a product cannot be produced at β it then disappears from the Production Speed picker in the POS and can never land on a quote or invoice. Everything is ticked by default. The row under each category heading applies a tick (or removes one) across that whole category.
ποΈ Category Manager
Every category and everything in it, from both catalogues. Click a category to open it. A product can sit in as many categories as you like β it then appears under each of them in the POS product selector. β is the primary category (the one shown when only one is named); click β on another chip to promote it, β to take the product out. Nothing is written until you save.
β POS Favorites Row
Select up to 12 products to pin to the favorites row in the product selector. Click a tile to toggle.
π Security & Sessions
Short inactivity locks the screen (PIN to resume). Longer inactivity triggers full logout.
π Service Note on Customer Paperwork
Printed in the terms block of every quote and invoice, on emailed receipts and on printed receipts and drop-off tickets. Keep it to one short paragraph β receipt printers wrap at 32 characters. Leave it blank to go back to the built-in wording.

Download the current price sheet, edit vendor costs in Excel or Google Sheets, then re-upload to update all product pricing.
